A Little Bit Of History

Blueline Paddlesurf, located in Santa Barbara, California is a Paddle Surf Hawaii specialty store with the largest selection of Paddle Surf Hawaii boards and accessories in North America. Paddle Surf Hawaii, "Where performance matters."

In 2008 Jim Brewer, Barney Berglund and partners teamed up to open Blueline as one of the first exclusively SUP shops in North America. Jim, a third generation surfer and SUP enthusiast is responsible for marketing, brand building and managing the Blueline/Paddle Surf Hawaii surf team while Barney is responsible for business operations. They are joined by Store Manager and team rider Genelle Ives, team rider Peter Trow and Rob Graham who is responsible for SUP lessons.

In addition to Paddle Surf Hawaii products, Blueline has several paddle brands to choose from including Quick Blade paddles. Blueline also has clothing from Harvest, Hinano and others. Blueline has a board for every type of SUP enthusiast and has a fleet of demo boards so customers can "try it before they buy it."
